Smart and Resilient Transformation of Manufacturing Firms

The smart and resilient transformation of manufacturing firms has flourished in the last decade. This paper investigates with application digital services. It uses a Serbian data set 136 from Digital Servitization Survey 2022 coordinated by IFIP WG5.7. authors applied different method approach through social network analysis, correlation interviews representatives firms. main results show that apply an adequate combination services technologies have highest impact on Moreover, applying technologies, such as additive manufacturing/3D printing, big analytics, twin, increases gross annual turnover COVID-19 era. Finally, for successful transformation, need to develop strategy motivation oriented profit be enough withstand market change.
